You will gain real-world experience by catering three events during this course and learn advanced techniques including the art of breaking down beef, pork and poultry. Coursework will develop your skills in proper equipment operation and a food safety certification is integrated into the course for you to earn your ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification.
To be eligible for this class, you must have either completed the Culinary Foundations Level 1 class or have several years of experience working in a restaurant kitchen. Space is limited.
