2017 National Electrical Code Update-Manchester

This 6-hour class covers the significant changes in the latest edition of the NEC.  These changes include five new articles dealing with Fixed Industrial Process Heating (425), Large-Scale PV Electric Power Production (691), Energy Storage Systems (706), Stand-Alone Systems (710), and Direct Current Microgrids (712).  Also covered will be the major changes in the introduction and all nine chapters of the code book. Participants must bring a copy of the 2017 NEC, highlighters, notebook and pencils.
This class meets Iowa Electrical Examining Board (IEEB), MN Electrical Board and WI Electrical Board requirements for 6 hours of code continuing education.   Additional CEUs may be earned in other classes offered on the same day.  In accordance with the IEEB, all specified hours of a class must be attended to receive any credit for the class. Partial credit will not be awarded.
