Are you tired of eating the same old snack all the time? Well, we can fix that!  Gather up the necessary supplies and follow along with our NICC Wellness Manager as she demonstrates how to make some delicious, healthy energy bars. Once you learn how to make them yourself you’ll be able to whip up a quick and easy snack anytime! This camp is designed for students ages 6-12.

Please read:  This class is virtual via zoom. Technology needed: internet, electronic device that can run zoom (laptop or tablet), webcam is optional. Plan on joining this class in a quiet place where you can avoid distractions. Ingredients needed: 4 cups quick oats, 1 cup honey, water (as needed), 1 cup peanut butter (smooth works best), 1 cup chocolate chips, and 1 cup raisins or other dried fruit. Sunflower seed butter or other alternatives may be used in place of peanut butter.
