The Delaware County Leadership Program takes you beyond the boardroom and into the heart of Delaware County to bridge the gap between individual potential and community impact. You will begin by sharpening your own leadership tools—exploring your communication style and personal strengths. From there, the county becomes your classroom. You’ll walk through our local history in Hopkinton, go behind the scenes of major employers in Edgewood and engage with the civic leaders and educators who shape our daily lives. The program concludes with a graduation celebration, welcoming you into a powerful local network dedicated to the vitality and future of Delaware County.
