The Human Side of AI: Practical Tools with Purpose  | Destery Hildenbrand
Artificial intelligence is already showing up in the workplace, but many organizations are still trying to figure out where it fits, what is safe, and how to use it in practical ways.

In this fast-paced 30-minute sampler session, Destery Hildenbrand will show how AI can support everyday business tasks like drafting content, organizing ideas, improving communication, creating job aids, and building simple learning or workflow tools. The session will include practical examples, a simple prompting framework, and a brief look at how organizations can begin using AI responsibly through clear guidelines and human oversight.

Participants will walk away with a better understanding of how AI can support real workplace needs without replacing good judgment, strong communication, or thoughtful decision-making.

Strategic AI Use | Skye Mercer
This brief session covers responsible AI practices and how to identify where AI and automation genuinely add value.
  • Understand core principles of ethical, sustainable, and responsible AI use in the workplace.
  • Identify opportunities where AI and automation make sense-and where they don’t.
If It’s Not a ‘HECK Yes’, It’s a ‘No’ | Andrea Singsaas
Priorities, boundaries, and the discipline to stop saying yes to everything
Most leaders do not have a time problem. They have a priority problem. When priorities are unclear, boundaries become inconsistent, resentment builds, and everything starts to feel urgent. This session challenges leaders to get honest about what actually matters, make decisions that align with it, and stop saying yes simply to avoid discomfort, guilt, or disappointing other people.
Participants will be able to:
•    Identify where they are saying yes out of habit, guilt, or external pressure rather than alignment
•    Clarify the priorities that should drive their decisions, time, and energy
•    Communicate boundaries clearly and directly without overexplaining or apologizing
•    Create boundaries that protect their time and energy without damaging their relationships
