Please read:
The first day of class is a mandatory orientation on Wednesday, September 16th from 4:00 - 5:30 pm at the NICC Town Clock Business Center. Prior to registration, due to limited student seats, students will go through an interview process with the program developer and career coach. Students will be individually selected for the class and will be notified by NICC if selected. Students will need to complete a 60-minute job shadow observing a phlebotomist prior to getting offered a seat in the class.
Program Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalency and transcripts (at time of clinicals)
Provide proof of MMR and TDAP vaccine, Varicella immunization, Hepatitis B series and Two-Step Tuberculin Skin Test, Covid
Pass background check
Pass drug screening
CPR (BLS)
