Certified Nurse Aide - Hybrid February Evenings Clayton County (Peosta lab; Guttenberg Care Center clinical)

Please read:  MANDATORY ORIENTATION: Tuesday, January 28th, 2025 at 4:00pm at Peosta Campus - Room 150 BOOKS: Included in the class fees and provided at orientation ATTENDANCE: Per state regulations, students must attend 76 total hours (not including scheduled breaks) in order to receive a certificate of completion. Instructors will not make-up time with students if a student is absent. COMPLIANCE: Students must complete a background check release form at orientation. Documentation of the following must be submitted a minimum of one week prior to your clinical start date: Influenza (Flu) Vaccine, Baseline Tuberculosis (TB) Screening and a COVID-19 Vaccine or a student declination form for the Covid-19 vaccine.
