Computed Tomography (CT) Registry Review (On-Demand)

This webinar provides a review of the topics included on the certification examination conducted by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART).  This 16-hour class provides all of the major topic areas including understanding patient handling, assessment and monitoring skills required for CT examinations, safely conducting and monitoring the administration of contrast media, radiation safety and dose considerations, and describing the main components and operation of a CT scanner. All of this will be covered making this program a very good preparation for the AART.  This is divided into four-3.5 hour, 4 credit sessions .  This webinar can also serve as a comprehensive overview of CT for those wanting to use it to update skills as well.  NICC is partnering with Medical Technology Management Institute (MTMI) for this webinar.
