Thinking strategically through a  customer service plan is critical to the development of a successful business.  This class will walk you through the 5 steps necessary to create a top-notch retail customer service plan that includes setting service goals, identifying the skills necessary to meet those goals, and hiring and training to ensure your customer service plan is executed, even in your absence.
