The triathlon is a test of athletic versatility and endurance that seems to have  superceded the marathon as the new ‘bucket list’ challenge.  But how do you get started on a goal this big?  Join this class that outlines how to go about becoming a better runner, biker and swimmer, and offers a framework of advice based on the instructor’s experience in these events. You'll have the basic knowledge to improve your skills on the road and in the water.
