 Meditation.  We’ve all heard of it.  Dr. Oz recommends it.  But most of us don’t really know what it is or how to do it.  This class introduces the practice of mindfulness meditation as a way to reduce stress and develop greater balance, control and participation in your own life.  Mindfulness allows us to relate directly to the present moment, whether facing stress, pain or illness, or just getting through the everyday demands of our lives.
