Don't have a lot of time but still want to cook healthier meals? We get it. Healthy cooking begins with knowing how the food you are putting into your body affects it, and then making small changes that will help you feel more energized and ready for each day. We'll start with an on-site tour of a grocery store to introduce you to some healthy cooking/food choices. Then, each session as we cook a healthy homemade meal, you will learn about the health benefits of the selected ingredients and get to taste the results of your work! A supply fee is due to the instructor at each session of the class.
