The COVID-19 pandemic presents challenges for employers in virtually every aspect of managing people. FLSA requirements, health and safety laws, leave and accommodation obligations, state and local laws, and internal policies and practices all factor into providing employees with a safe and productive work environment in the midst of a crisis.  We'll address everything from Covid leave and quarantining to return-to-work planning to future disaster preparedness.
