But here’s a solution – grab a friend, roll up your sleeves, and get ready to knock out five meals to take home and enjoy a meal in class! We will help you learn what freezes and reheats well and emphasize cooking with fresh, whole foods. The next time you’re puzzling over what to eat, simply pull one of these dishes out of the freezer, defrost and reheat at your convenience! There will be a $50 supply fee due to the instructor the night of class.
