Certified Nurse Aide - Hybrid Evening (Stonehill)

Please read:  MANDATORY ORIENTATION: Monday, January 2nd, 2024 at 3:30 pm at Stonehill Care Center, 3484 Windsor Dr, Dubuque, IA. 52002 BOOKS: Included in the class fees and provided at orientation ATTENDANCE: Per state regulations, students must attend 76 total hours (not including scheduled breaks) in order to receive a certificate of completion. Instructors will not make-up time with students if a student is absent. COMPLIANCE: Students must complete a background check release form (at orientation) and submit required health documentation at Lab: TB Tests, Influenza vaccine (during flu season) and COVID-19 vaccine(s).
