From Boomers to Zoomers: Inspiring Different Generations in the Workplace

In today’s workplace, diverse generations, from Baby Boomers to Generation Z (Zoomers), bring unique perspectives, values and work styles. This workshop aims to foster understanding, appreciation and collaboration among employees of multiple generations. Participants will identify common ground and learn strategies to inspire and motivate a multi-generational workforce.
