Food Protection Manager is the food safety certification course developed for restaurants and foodservice managers. Iowa regulations require the person in charge of a foodservice to have demonstrated knowledge of food safety principles; this certification is one way to demonstrate this knowledge. Within this online training, participants will cover food safety regulations and best practices for prevention of food borne illness, as well as general practices to improve food quality.
