Being an effective coach requires skills that can be practiced and mastered, including listening, building credibility and trust, and showing empathy. In this workshop, participants learn to distinguish between coaching and traditional supervision. Participants will identify the intended outcome of coaching and the rules for having coaching conversations. 

Additionally, participants will learn:
  • Classic coaching mistakes, and how to avoid them for a healthy coaching relationship.
  • The most common approaches to giving feedback and which ones are the most effective.
  • An easy-to-follow process for coaching How to make the most out of each coaching conversation.

On-Demand trainings are intended for a 1 time usage. Students who are registered only will have access. From the time of registration registrants are to complete On-Demand training in 30 days.
